We work with our patients to help them adopt a functional approach to health and wellness. Evidence based alternative practices are considered in an effort to enhance the quality of life and minimize the causes and symptoms of chronic illnesses. There are many chronic illnesses that may be prevented and treated by alternative medicine practices used as part of our lifestyle prescription program. Disorders relating to inflammation and stress, including physical, mental and emotional stress just to name a few, can also benefit from this health and wellness approach. Getting started is easy. The first step involves meeting with one of our occupational health coaches to assess your current health, review your medical history and discuss your health goals.
